Can I use FedEx or UPS to return my kit?

Your kit will come with a prepaid USPS return label attached to the return envelope. USPS does have agreements in place with FedEx and UPS to transport some packages, but this often creates unnecessary delays.

To ensure your sample gets back to the lab as quickly as possible, it is recommended that you drop your return envelope off at the nearest post office or USPS drop box location.
