How long will it take the lab to process my results?

Once the lab receives your sample, your results should be ready in 3-5 business days. You will get an email you when your sample reaches the lab and again when your results are ready.

Note: if there is an issue preventing the lab from processing your results, it may lead to delays in processing time. Keep an eye out for any emails or phone calls from our support team to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
