I never received a notification my sample was received. Is it lost?

If you sent back your test kit but haven't received an email informing you that it arrived at the lab, please contact support@poweredbyash.com to confirm. Sometimes, the USPS system updates tracking IDs but does not update our system, so your kit may in fact be at the lab. Our support team will reach out to the lab to confirm.


If it appears your kit was in fact lost in transit, we will send you a replacement kit at no cost to you.
