What if my lab results are not showing in the portal?

It might take up to 7 days for your lab results to show up after your kit gets to the lab.

Once you get a notification saying your sample reached the lab, you can check how long it's taking for it to process.

If it's been more than 7 days since your kit got to the lab and you still don't see your results online, please contact support@poweredbyash.com for help.
