Where will my results appear when they are ready?

Once your lab results are ready, log into your GEHA Patient Portal account at geha.ashwellness.io.

Once you are logged in, use the dropdown menu in the upper lefthand corner to navigate to the "Your Kits" page. Find the kit ID associated with your kit and click the "View Results" button to view. Your results will display directly on the screen.

If the button under your kit ID shows "Results Pending" it means your kit is on its way to the lab or the lab is working on processing it. When you results are ready to view, you will receive an email letting you know along with a link to access them from your GEHA Patient Portal account.
