What do I do with the labels on the collection card?

The stickers on your test kit are like name tags for your sample. They help the lab know whose sample is whose and confirm that the sample is still viable for processing. It is important to write your full name, date of birth and the date you collected your sample.

If the labels are missing or not filled out right, the lab will hold your sample and a member of our support team will reach out to confirm your information. The lab will hold onto a sample for up to 2 weeks, after which the sample will expire, and the lab will reject the test kit. If this happens, we will reach out to coordinate a replacement kit.
