How do I know if my kit is ready to be returned?

Make sure you check your kit to make sure you have done everything needed for the lab to test your sample!

1. Did you use everything that came in the kit?
2. Did you fill out your name, date of birth and the date you collected your sample on the label?
3. Did you close your collection card with the sticker provided and place it in the specimen bag?
4. Did you put your sample in the mailing envelope provided?

Simply return the mailing envelope to your nearest USPS location or place it in a USPS drop box and you are done!
