What do I do if I forget to fill out my labels?

If you forget to fill out the labels on your collection card, please contact support@poweredbyash.com and someone will help fix it with the lab.

If labels are missing or not filled out right, the lab will hold your sample and a member of our support team will reach out to confirm your information. The lab will hold onto a sample for up to 2 weeks, after which the sample will expire, and the lab will reject the test kit. If this happens, we will reach out to coordinate a replacement kit.
