What to do once I receive my kit?
The first step after receiving your test kit is to make a GEHA Patient Portal account and register your kit. To do so, go to geha.ashwellness.io and follow the instructions for account creation and registration.
The next step is to complete sample collection. Written and video instructions for the sample collection process is provided in your testing kit. You can access more information on the sample collection process in this support center and directly through on the GEHA Patient Portal account.
After you finish collecting your sample, drop it off at a USPS right away using the prepaid return envelope. The sooner you send it, the better!
