Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. If you think you did your test wrong, look at the printed instructions or videos that came with your kit again. You can also find them online on this website.

If you made a mistake, don’t try to do the test again in the same collection card. Instead send an email to support@poweredbyash.com to get a replacement kit at no cost.
